How do I find a product?
We are busy listing new stock everyday, so please check our auctions on eBay to see our current product offerings. Remember that we get new stock daily, so keep watching our auctions regularly as you are bound to find plenty of great deals on the products you want to buy.

Can I pickup my item?
Unfortunately, pickups are not possible. The reason for this is that we have so many items to post everyday and all the posting has been consigned to Australia Post and TNT.

How do I find out more technical information on the item I wish to bid on?
We are given all the technical specifications by our vendors & endeavor to list as much information as possible to help you make your purchase decision. Although our in-house team is keen followers of electronics, IT & consumer goods, we don't always have the expertise to answer the very detailed and technical questions we get sent by our buyers. If we have the information you require, we will respond as soon as possible. If not, we often suggest to our bidders that they do a bit of their own research on the internet. There are websites that provide a lot of technical information on a wide range of product, which can assist in your purchase decision.

How do I pay for an item that I have won on eBay?

Can you ship multiple items together to save on the shipping?
Yes. We offer 50% discount on the shipping of each additional item paid for at the same time. You are required to wait for ALL your items to end. You will find these details in the end of auction email we send. If your items are not paid for at the same time during Checkout we will not be able to offer a discount. We are unable to make any exceptions.

Items must be purchased under the same User ID to take advantage of the shipping discount.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We prefer Direct Deposit via Bank as this allows us to speed up your order. We also accept Money Order & Bank Cheque.
We are unable to accept COD.

Paypal or Paymate is only for the international buyer.

How long do I have to pay for an item?
In the listing we state that payment should be made within 7 days from the end of auction. If you require an extension or are waiting for other items to end please email us at customerservice@songlike.com and in most circumstances we are able to accommodate your request.

Is GST included in the final bid price ?

Yes. The final bid price on eBay is inclusive of the GST. All prices quoted are inclusive of the GST, such as shipping costs.

Can I change my address to post?
We have partnered with the corporate division of Australia Post, eParcel. eParcel strives for prompt and safe shipping right around Australia. We can deliver your items to your home, work or P.O. Box addresses as well as to rural & regional areas.

Can I pickup my item?
NOTE: We only can send the item to your registered address shown on ebay. The buyer response for all the loss of delivery caused by the unclear address.

Which carrier do you use to ship your parcels?
We have partnered with the corporate division of Australia Post, TNT. TNT strives for prompt and safe shipping right around Australia . Normally we can deliver your items to your home, work or P.O. Box addresses as well as to rural & regional areas.

How long dose it take to deliever the item?
We will post the item out within 2 business days when we receive your payment. At the same time we will change the item status on ebay as ¡°Posted¡±. It usually takes 2 to 6 business days for delivery but sometimes takes longer time due to the post system, even more than two weeks. And please also check your mail box to see if there's a small piece of post notice. Several times the items were in the post office while our buyer got nothing at home.

Can I have my item delivered to a P.O. Box address?
Yes, in most cases your item can be delivered to a P.O. Box address, but please note that you will be required to sign for your parcel upon collection at your local post office and will be required to show proof of ID. Pallets & large items such as large TVs can not be delivered to a P.O. Box address.

Warranty and Returns Questions


Are Songlike products covered by warranty?

We only deal with quality vendors and we aim to sell great products with warranty support where possible. Most items come with vendor backed warranty support. Please refer to the description on eBay for each listing as warranty terms differ from item to item. Warranty is valid within Australia only.

Who should I contact for a warranty claim?
Many of our items come with full manufacturer's warranty. For our assistance with regards to warranty and returns please email customerservice@songlike.com. Warranty is valid within Australia only.

Is Warranty transferable?
No, if warranty is offered this is no transferable, even on bulk lots. If the item(s) are being purchased by yourself then any warranty claims must come directly from you. We are unable to make any exceptions.

What is your Returns Policy?
Please see our descriptions of different items. For assistance with warranty and returns please email customerservice@songlike.com.

If the returned item is found to be working, a charge of $30.00 should be applied and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Is warranty extended if an item is replaced?
The warranty applies only to the original product and is not extended for replacements.
